If the seller is present, it may create unnecessary pressure or make the buyer feel uncomfortable asking questions.
Instead, the seller should focus on making sure the home is clean, accessible, and ready for inspection. Afterward, the buyer will receive a written report that outlines the findings, which can then be discussed during negotiations.
